To Our Community,

It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of our permanent closing.

From the very beginning, my mission has been to create a home where students could grow, learn, and find joy in dance and gymnastics. Over the years, we have celebrated accomplishments, overcome challenges, and built a true family within these walls. That has always been the heart of our studio.

Over the past several months, I worked closely with the new owner in hopes of ensuring a smooth transition and continued stability for our families. We met in person, over the phone, and virtually, reviewing documents and agreements many times. While the process was challenging, I remained committed to supporting her and to doing everything possible to keep this community together.

That is why this week’s email from her, announcing that she would not be moving forward, was a complete shock to me. Like you, I was blindsided and heartbroken to learn this way. I wish the communication had been handled differently, with more care and more time, because our families and students deserve better.

The reality is that the landlord offered a lease renewal with a significant rent increase, making it unsustainable to continue. Despite my commitment and best efforts, circumstances beyond my control brought us to this point.

Please know this decision was not made lightly. My love and gratitude for each student, family, and staff member will never change. This community has been the most meaningful part of my life’s work, and I will forever hold close the memories we created together.

Though this chapter is closing, the bonds we’ve built will always remain.

With gratitude and love,
MP
